Winter House : Season 2: Episode 2
The episode, titled "Cold Shoulders and Hot Tubs," opens with the immediate aftermath of the previous night’s costume party. Craig is on a warpath about the cleanliness of the kitchen, pacing the hardwood floors with a coffee mug in hand. "I didn't come here to be a maid," he mutters to a bleary-eyed Austen, who is more concerned with the cryptic text he received from a "friend" back in Charleston.
As evening falls, the group attempts a "Family Dinner." It starts with a toast to friendship but quickly devolves when a game of "Never Have I Ever" takes a sharp turn into personal territory. A question about "hooking up within the franchise" sends a chill through the table. Kory and Jess find themselves in a heated flirtation that makes the rest of the table visibly uncomfortable, while Jason tries to play peacemaker with a tray of artisanal appetizers that no one is actually eating.
