The story follows Chase (Imran Adams) and Laine (Sydney Craven) as they attend the fictional "Horror Hound" festival in Louisiana.

The couple wins a prize to visit an "escape room" located in a remote mansion, which turns out to be a trap set by a cult to sacrifice Laine—who is secretly pregnant—to the creature.

The film was produced by Orwo Studios and Infinity Films during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to a rushed five-week shoot and significant reliance on poorly rendered CGI.
