The episode mirrors the first episode but with the roles reversed, as Fuuka now supports a lost Kukuru.

Back at the aquarium, Fuuka is deeply worried and tries to cover for Kukuru's absence, though Suwa quickly realizes the situation. Eventually, Fuuka tracks Kukuru down on the island. Rather than forcing her back, Fuuka joins her to witness a momentous event: the hatching of the sea turtles.
