: If your organization uses a management platform like RealPresence Resource Manager or CMA , the software is licensed automatically by the server. You do not need an individual license key for this mode.
If you have purchased a license (such as the 1-user or 50-user electronic activation keys), you typically receive a document with a license number. Use the following steps to obtain the official activation key:
Enter your email address and click , then click Skip Sign-in on the following screen. When the trial notification appears, click Activate .
: Navigate to Licensing & Product Registration > Activation/Upgrade .
: Enter your license number and serial number as prompted to receive the unique Activation Key Code . Activation Steps Launch the RealPresence Desktop application. On the login screen, select Individual for Standalone Mode.
