Following a viewer vote, the bottom three couples were Aaron and Kaylor, Rob and Daniela, and Harrison and Sierra. The Islanders chose to save Aaron and Kaylor . While Daniela and Sierra were initially dumped, bombshell Kassy Castillo returned as a "lifeline" and chose to couple up with Rob , resulting in Harrison, Sierra, and Daniela being sent home.
