Leonardo da Vinci's notebooks comprise roughly 13,000 pages of notes and drawings, covering diverse fields like anatomy and engineering, which were compiled into various codices after his death. These documents, often written in mirror script, offer a detailed look at his scientific, artistic, and technical observations, with several, such as the Codex Atlanticus, available in digital formats. A curated selection of his writings is available in the Oxford World's Classics edition.
