The album is widely regarded as part of the "ultimate Romanian rock collection". Its original 1997 release was issued on CD and cassette. Due to its popularity, Roton reissued the album twice: first in 1999 as a special distribution with Unica magazine, and again in 2006, preserving the original artwork.
Several tracks gained significant recognition following the release. The song earned third place at the Mamaia Festival and won Stoica the "Best Female Voice" prize at the Malta Song Festival. The title track, "...Nici o stea," remains one of her most enduring anthems and was awarded second place in the discography contest at the 1997 Golden Stag Festival.
