While (1932–1999) was a prominent Kosovar Albanian sociologist, politician, and academic, he is not the author of Tregime të moçme shqiptare (Old Albanian Tales). That masterpiece was written by Mitrush Kuteli (the pen name of Dhimitër Pasko).
