Make sure the files are named exactly the same except for the part number (e.g., watch-dogs.part1.rar , watch-dogs.part2.rar ). Is this for the original Watch Dogs or Watch Dogs 2
Ensure you have Part 1, Part 2, and any subsequent files in one directory.
