: Pull the glove away from your body, peeling it off until it is inside out. Hold this removed glove in your still-gloved hand.
: With your ungloved hand, slide two fingers inside the wristband of the remaining glove. Avoid touching the contaminated outside surface.
: Immediately discard the gloves in a biohazard or designated waste bin . Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Training Resources
