You must download parts of the archive (part1, part2, etc.) into the same folder on your computer. If you only have part 1, the extraction will fail. Extract the Files
Press and hold the on the TV panel (not the remote). While holding the button, plug the power cord back in.
Ensure the file name matches exactly what the TV expects (e.g., MstarUpgrade.bin ). Do not rename it unless specified by the source.
