Mod files are third-party content and are not officially supported by Konami.

Open Steam, right-click eFootball , select Manage , and then Browse local files . Apply the Mod:

Start the game via Steam to see the updated pitch textures. For Mobile (Android)

Move your original patch file to a safe backup location, then paste the new modified patch file into the jp.konami.pesam folder.

The installation process varies depending on whether you are on PC or Mobile.
