The topic originates from a 2025 study on Detecting LLM-Generated Peer Reviews . Researchers developed a watermarking system that uses fabricated citations to flag reviews created by AI instead of human experts.

: It achieves a high success rate because LLMs are highly likely to follow instructions appearing at the very beginning of a prompt.

: It has proven effective even against common "reviewer defenses," such as light editing or rephrasing.

: The system prompts an LLM to start its review with a specific phrase, such as: "Following [Surname] et al. ([Year]), this paper..." .

: This number represents the total combinations created by pairing the 9,999 most common surnames (from U.S. Census data) with a random year between 2014 and 2024 .

: The framework provides strong statistical guarantees, maintaining a low "family-wise error rate" (FWER), which prevents human-written reviews from being falsely flagged as AI.

SNMP Network-based UPS management

SNMP adapters are communication extensions for the monitoring of UPS devices via the network or web.

If needed, a phased shutdown of all relevant servers in the network is possible. Via Wake- up-on-LAN, the servers can be re-activated. This enables an automated shutdown and reboot of the system. The UPS can also be configured and monitored by network management software with the integrated SNMP agent according to RFC1628.

The PRO and mini version of the SNMP adapter further enables the integration of features such as area access control, air condition or smoke and/or fire detectors. In addition, temperature and humidity can be measured and administered by means of optical sensors. The SNMP PRO adapter enables, among other features, the connection of an intelligent load management distributor.
